The Aburame Clan is one of many clans in the village of Konoha - a place in the much more well known shonnen series Naruto.

It is a small and barely developed clan, of which known memebers are Aburame Shino, and his father Shibi (who is seen for all of 20 seconds in the anime... X3).

Ever since I saw Shino and his abilities in the seires I fell in love ... I have always been a lover of creatures big and small, especially insects for the small, and their respectful, calm nature and Shino's cool and collected style (and stylish way of dressing :D) were right up my alley. And their relationship with the ever-awesome and also adorable kikaichu just struck a chord with me.

I have been cosplaying, writing, and drawing them, and developing their clan with canon believability since 2005. As far as fanon is concerned, Shino's mother is alive, she's a ninja, and her name is Kaho. ;)

I hope you enjoy my vision of the Aburame Ichizoku.
